Physical Products
We accept returns on physical items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@madeaftermidnight.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
